**I have been lucky to have owned and enjoyed standard poodle companionship for over 35 years. My first poodle was a black standard poodle,and I have since owned brown, black, and apricot standard poodles. One of the many advantages to standard poodles is that there are so many colours to choose from and all (regardless of colour) are highly intelligent, clever, loving, versatile, non-shedding dogs. While they make excellent pets, standard poodles also excel at obedience, agility and rally. Beaucaniche Poodles include a long line of conformation winners (dog shows) in their pedigree.
**I established Beaucaniche Standard Poodles seven years ago with my primary focus on breeding healthy, social standard poodles. I am dedicated to the betterment of the breed. I want Beaucaniche Standard Poodle Owners to love their dog as much as I love mine. It is because of this that Beaucaniche strives to breed healthy, good natured dogs, through health screening and selective breeding.
**Beaucaniche is a small home-based kennel. Our poodles are, foremost, cherished members of our family and we produce one litter a year.
